COMMUNITY POTTERY STUDIO IN LOS ANGELES
Members Only LA (MoLA) is an intimate, social pottery studio for experienced ceramic artists. Our mission is to build a welcoming and creative community where each person is inspired to explore and evolve as an artist. Besides offering memberships, we also host one-time private lessons and team-building events.
MoLA provides their members with basic tools for hand building and wheel throwing, as well as dip glazes. You are welcome to BYO favorite rib, texture tool, or other equipment that we may not have in the studio. Our studio is equipped with thirteen wheels, five work tables, a slab-roller, and an extruder. We also provide a large selection of thoughtfully curated cone 5-6 glazes. Members will enjoy flexible access to the studio from 6am to midnight seven days a week.
HOW TO SIGN UP
To join MoLA, we require that you have previous experience at a pottery studio. If you have taken classes at our sister studio Good Dirt LA, the recommendation of your instructor is all we need. For potters who have studied elsewhere, please email us with photos of your work and your experience as a ceramic artist. We will set up an appointment to meet you and to get the membership process started!
